REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

Return Policy Terms

  • We have a three-day return policy. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with a refund or exchange if three days have passed since you got the merchandise.
  • Your item must be brand-new and in the same condition as you received it in order to be eligible for a return. If not, the buyer would be responsible for the expense. It also needs to be in the original packing.
  • The shipping costs for returns belonged to the customer and were Rs. 90 per order.
  • There are some products that cannot be returned. Personalized goods were created specifically for you in accordance with your needs, much like customised goods, so they are not eligible for a refund. if you got a faulty product. We can provide exchange for it.

Rules for Refund

  • No refunds will be given for products that are damaged or missing, but we will exchange them for you (if applicable)
  • Within 48 hours of delivery, damaged or missing products must be reported or emailed, along with photos that are attached to your return request. We won’t provide replacements if the issue is not reported within 48 hours. We disclaim liability for ordinary wear and tear to purchased things, and we won’t provide a replacement item after 48 hours have passed since delivery.
  • Returns and Refunds: Notification: Original delivery costs are not refundable. We will let you know if your return was accepted or rejected when it has been received (which typically takes 5-7 working days) and inspected (which could take 2-3 business days). If you are accepted, we will complete your refund.and within 5-7 business days, a credit will be made to your original mode of payment. If your order is for cash on delivery, we will contact you for the specifics of your refund. It may take the entire process 10 to 12 business days.

Terms of Trade

  • Please submit an exchange request with a photo of the damaged items and the packing slip within 48 hours of receiving your order if you believe you have received the wrong item.
  • The amount of time it takes for the exchanged item to get to you will depend on where you reside.

How should a return or exchange request be registered? (If appropriate)

  • Call or email our customer service team at (+91 9082548402 (Mon-Sat 11am to 7pm) or support@silverboxoriginal.com) with the specifics of your order, and ask them to start the return or exchange process request 
  • When they do, it will be picked up within 48 business hours.
  • You had to mail the merchandise to us if the Reverse Order (i.e., pick up service) was not available for your pin number. You’ll get the address from us.
  • To avoid any loss or damage during shipping, kindly make sure the returned items are packaged safely and securely.
  • Once we receive your return, the quality will be examined. This is provided that your return complies with the demands of being unworn and delivered within three days.
  • For refunds on COD orders, you will be required to provide your UPI ID, and for refunds on PREPAID orders, the original payment method will be used.
  • Please give the return procedure a maximum of 12–15 business days to finish.
  • If you need to exchange a product after it has been picked up, please let us know by contacting us at support@silverboxoriginal.com or calling us at +91 9082548402 (Mon-Sat, 11am to 7pm), and we will send you the replacement item the same day.
If our seal is broken or the box is opened when the order is delivered, we suggest you not to accept it because the return of such orders will not be allowed.
